The hydra-spa is open throughout the day and evening, seven days a week. Last admission is 8.30 p.m. The facility is unattended and used at your own risk. All rules and safety regulations must be observed.
If you are undergoing treatment or using prescribed medication, it is recommended that you consult with your doctor before beginning any hydrotherapy routine or treatment.
Anyone requiring walking aids must be accompanied in the pool at all times.
Minimum age 16 years.
Treatments are available from Monday to Saturday 9.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. and until 7.00 p.m. on Tuesday & Thursday.

Mobile phones must be switched to silent.
Clients arriving for treatment appointments may use the hotel’s car park, subject to availability, although car keys must be left with the Spa Reception.
Please arrive ten minutes before your first appointment to complete a consultation form.
For manicure & pedicure appointments please allow for drying time.
During periods when the Spa Reception is unattended, please access the Hydra-Spa & Treatment Rooms via the Hotel Reception.
Packages & Programmes must be paid in full in advance.
24 hours notice is required in the event of a cancellation to avoid incurring charges.
Gift Vouchers are available in monetary values or for any treatments.
Any of our treatments may be pre-paid as a course of six, attracting a 10% discount.
Prices include VAT at 17.5%. .
